Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Baltimore Clayworks, Inc. for the construction, repair, and renovation of two historic buildings to include the construction of new studios, expansion of classroom facilities, exterior renovation, and the addition of elevators to both buildings, located in Baltimore City; etc.
