Synopsis:

Prohibiting an employer from requiring specified individuals to provide information relating to arrest records; defining the terms "Commissioner" and "employer"; authorizing an employer to request specified information relating to criminal convictions; providing that the Act does not apply to specified government units; requiring employers to provide specified notice on an application for employment; requiring specified individuals to sign an acknowledgment of the notice; etc.
