Licensing, Revenues, and Operations
Requiring the Governor to negotiate a revenue sharing agreement with
specified neighboring states; requiring that revenue raised by the
revenue sharing agreement be paid into the General Fund; providing
that the Act does not apply to specified slot machines, specified
lotteries, specified wagering on horse racing, or specified
organizations; requiring all video lottery terminal devices and
equipment to be under the control of the Commission; etc.
