Natural Landscape Design - Noxious Weeds - Prohibitions

Synopsis:

Providing that specified provisions prohibiting the growth of noxious weeds do not apply under specified circumstances; providing that, subject to specified exceptions, a person may grow native or naturalized plants to any height as part of a natural landscape design; permitting the unaided growth of a noxious weed under specified circumstances; prohibiting a local jurisdiction from restricting the use of native or naturalized plants in a natural landscape design; etc.
