Income Tax Subtraction Modification for Cost of Employee Teleworking Expenses

Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for costs incurred by an employer for specified teleworking expenses of employees who are authorized to telework by the employer; providing that the subtraction modification of each employer may not exceed $5,000; authorizing an employer to submit an application for the subtraction modification to the Secretary of Transportation; etc.
