State Procurement Law - Revision

Synopsis:

Requiring the Procurement Advisor, in consultation with the General Counsel and the Procurement Advisory Council, to make specified recommendations regarding the award of financial incentives for specified purposes; repealing a limitation on the amount of specified contracts for which the use of unsolicited proposals may be authorized; altering the qualifications for members of the State Board of Contract Appeals; etc.
