Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration - Halfway Houses - Zoning Classification

Synopsis:

Providing that specified halfway houses regulated by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration are considered a specified type of dwelling for zoning purposes; authorizing specified halfway houses to be located in specified residential zones; prohibiting specified halfway houses from being subject to specified exceptions, conditional use permits, or procedures; providing that the Act supersedes specified zoning ordinances, rules, or regulations that conflict with the provisions of the Act; etc.
