Elevator Safety - Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety - Inspections and Fees

Synopsis:

Establishing a specified exception to a specified requirement that the proposed budget of the Division of Labor and Industry include an appropriation from the Workers' Compensation Commission to cover a specified cost; establishing a Safety Inspection Fund, to be administered by the Commission of Labor and Industry, to provide for a portion of the cost of administering inspections of elevators, boilers, and pressure vessels; requiring specified fees to be paid into the Fund; etc.
