Prescription Drug Distribution Safety Act

Synopsis:

Requiring a wholesale prescription drug distributor to review records for the acquisition of prescription drugs; requiring a wholesale prescription drug distributor to establish and maintain inventories and records; requiring inventories and records to be made available for inspection and photocopying; requiring a person who is engaged in the wholesale distribution of a prescription drug and who is not the manufacturer of that drug to provide a pedigree paper to the person who receives the drug; etc.
