Retirement and Pensions - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Requiring that a retiree of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who is rehired by the retiree's same employer at the time of retirement, return to work in a specified school or teach a specified subject; limiting the salary that a retiree of the Employees' and Teachers' Retirement and Pensions Systems may receive when the retiree is rehired by the retiree's same employer at the time of retirement; etc.
