Synopsis:

Requiring a physician or a person authorized to diagnose, detect, or treat specified disorders to make a report to the Medical Advisory Board regarding each individual 15 years and older who has a specified disorder and to the subject of the report, unless the individual's disorder is under sufficient control to permit the individual to operate a motor vehicle safely.
