Homeland Security Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Homeland Security Fund in the Governor's Office of Homeland Security; specifying that the purpose of the Fund is to support homeland security activities in the State; requiring a court to impose a $250 surcharge on defendants convicted of, or receiving probation for, specified drunk driving offenses; and requiring the Comptroller to pay the surcharges into the Fund to be used by the Office of Homeland Security to make grants for specified homeland security activities.
