Establishing the Maryland Agricultural and Resource-Based Industry Development Corporation for specified purposes; authorizing the corporation to acquire and dispose of property, to finance specified projects, to issue, redeem, and secure bonds and debt, including revenue bonds and refunding bonds; etc.
