Entitled:
Business Development - Endangered Industries Job Preservation and Creation Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to designate specified business entities as "Endangered Industries", as defined in the Act; requiring the Governor to submit a list of endangered industries to the General Assembly for the General Assembly's approval; providing for specified tax exemptions for specified business entities designated as endangered industries and for investors in endangered industries; reducing by 50% the State income tax rates applicable to specified income of employees of endangered industries; etc.
