Consumer Protection Act for Wheeled Mobility

Synopsis:

Requiring specified residential service agencies (RSAs) to meet specified requirements as a condition of licensure; requiring RSAs to employ qualified rehabilitation professionals (QRPs) and ensure that QRPs meet specified requirements and perform specified duties; requiring RSAs to apply for or obtain accreditation on or before July 1, 2007; providing specified exceptions to the requirements regarding the employment of QRPs; requiring individuals to obtain specified credentials to act as a QRP; etc.
