Synopsis:

Requiring persons convicted of sex offenses to register as sex offenders in person; requiring a supervising authority to send a copy of a sex offender's registration statement to the Motor Vehicle Administration; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to notify the Administration of a registrant's failure to comply with the Code; requiring a sex offender's driver's license to have a notation that the individual is a registered sex offender under specified circumstances; etc.
