Synopsis:

Providing that a specified nonprofit organization established for operating a public water system in Calvert County may petition the Secretary of the Environment to convert to a sanitary district; providing that a vote on a specified petition shall be conducted in a specified manner; specifying the contents of a specified petition; requiring the Secretary to file a specified notice of conversion with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation under specified circumstances; etc.
