Calvert and St. Mary's Counties - Shellfish - Harvesting by Wharf Owners

Synopsis:

Increasing the area around wharves or other structures on or about the waters in Calvert and St. Mary's counties in which the owner of the wharf or structure has the exclusive right to grow and harvest shellfish; and prohibiting specified owners of a wharf or structure from infringing on the riparian rights of adjacent property owners or from obstructing access to specified areas, subject to specified penalties.
