Environment - Sewage Sludge - Land Application

Synopsis:

Requiring that regulations adopted by the Department of the Environment require that sewage sludge meet specified pathogen requirements if applied on or after January 1, 2005, until on or before December 31, 2008, to land located within the 1,000 feet of specified critical areas; and requiring that regulations adopted by the Department require that sewage sludge meet specified pathogen requirements; and providing for the termination of this Act.
