Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Criminal Offender Monitoring by Global Positioning Systems to study how the State can utilize Global Positioning technology to monitor individuals who have committed criminal offenses, how law enforcement can benefit from linkage to Global Positioning technology to solve crimes and streamline workload, the feasibility of implementing a specified program, admissibility of evidence issues, and other issues; specifying the membership, duties, and staffing of the Task Force; etc.
