Synopsis:

Authorizing drug abuse treatment programs that administer pharmacological interventions including methadone and LAAM to provide treatment, support, and recovery to opioid-addicted patients to locate in the same zoning areas as an office for one or more health care practitioners that provide outpatient treatment; prohibiting the subjection of these drug abuse treatment programs to any special exceptions, conditional use permits, or procedures that differ from that required for specified offices; etc.
