Synopsis:

Altering the criteria for hiring retirees of the Employees' Retirement System, the Employee's Pension System, the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System; requiring that specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are rehired by specified employers return to work in specified schools or teach specified subjects; etc.
