Synopsis:

Increasing from $500 to $1,000 the value of property or services for the purpose of imposing specified penalties relating to extortion, malicious destruction of property, theft, obtaining property or services by bad check, obtaining property by counterfeiting, theft, or misrepresentation, fraud, receiving property by stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented credit card, identity fraud, Medicaid fraud, and exploitation of vulnerable adults; etc.
