Natural Resources - Tidal Fisheries - Nets

Synopsis:

Repealing specified prohibitions on the use of stake nets; changing the type of net that is subject to a specified minimum distance requirement; and decreasing the minimum distance a person must maintain between fyke and pound nets, under specified circumstances, from 1200 feet to 300 feet.
