Entitled:
Pregnant Woman's Protection Act

Synopsis:

Increasing by 5 years the maximum penalties of imprisonment for second degree murder, manslaughter, first degree assault, and second degree assault, if the defendant knew or had reason to know that the victim was a pregnant woman.
