Health - Food Processing - Fund-Raising Organizations

Synopsis:

Exempting specified fund-raising organizations from specified requirements relating to the inspection of food establishments and food; establishing requirements for fund-raising organizations that process food; requiring animals slaughtered for processing to be slaughtered at official establishments; requiring specified unfrozen meat kept for processing to be kept below a specified temperature; requiring a person who cooks specified processed meat to cook the meat above a specified temperature; etc.
