Creating a Task Force to Study the Prevention of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome; providing for the membership and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force, jointly with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to identify at-risk individuals and groups, review and coordinate State programs related to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and develop guidelines for a campaign related to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome; etc.
