Establishing that specified evidence is not admissible in a child custody or visitation proceeding under specified circumstances; requiring the court to appoint only a specified mental health professional to provide mental health services in a specified custody or visitation proceeding; requiring counsel appointed for a child in a specified custody or visitation proceeding to disclose specified information and present specified evidence; etc.
