Task Force to Study Youth Gang Activities

Synopsis:

Creating a Task Force to Study Youth Gang Activities; providing for the membership, co-chairs, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to receive testimony, examine data, and make recommendations; requiring the Task Force to submit an interim report to specified committees and to the General Assembly by December 1, 2004, and a final report by December 1, 2005; and providing for the termination of the Act.
