Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Budget and Management to make a specified determination regarding the use of pharmacy benefits management services for specified health programs provided by specified State entities; and requiring specified State entities to seek bids for pharmacy benefits management services from a nonprofit pharmacy benefits management entity in specified circumstances.
