Higher Education - William Donald Schaefer Scholarship Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the William Donald Schaefer Scholarship Program; establishing the William Donald Schaefer Scholarship Advisory Council within the Maryland Higher Education Commission; authorizing the Commission to make scholarship awards in a specified amount which may be used at specified institutions of higher education for specified purposes; establishing eligibility criteria for award recipients; requiring recipients to engage in specified public service employment; etc.
