Higher Education - Community Colleges - Baccalaureate Degree Program - Request for Proposal

Synopsis:

Requiring that a community college desiring to participate in specified baccalaureate degree programs perform specified tasks; requiring community colleges to submit a request for proposal to the Maryland Higher Education Commission; authorizing a community college to submit a request for proposal to offer specified programs to specified out-of-state 4-year institutions of postsecondary education under specified circumstances; and requiring the Commission to adopt specified regulations.
