Synopsis:

Establishing the crime of using a computer, the Internet, or other electronic communication to communicate in a specified manner with a minor or someone believed to be a minor for the purpose of engaging in specified unlawful sexual conduct; establishing penalties for the crime; and providing for the jurisdiction for prosecution of the crime.
