Approved Gear and Equipment - Youth Baseball

Synopsis:

Requiring individuals under the age of 17 years to use specified approved gear and equipment in order to participate in specified youth baseball games or practices; phasing in the requirements over a specified number of years; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations; defining "youth baseball" and "approved gear and equipment"; and providing for the issuance of a warning if the regulations are violated.
