Establishing a Task Force on Residential Aboveground Oil Tanks in Flood Areas; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing for staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to submit, by specified dates, a preliminary and a final report to the Governor and the General Assembly; and providing for the termination of the Act.
