Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct or commission a study to develop a "next generation managed care" system design for the Maryland public mental health system; providing for the goals of the study; specifying the items to be developed, determined, and analyzed by the study; and requiring the Department to report on the findings and recommendations of the study on or before September 30, 2005.
