Synopsis:

Requiring a pretrial release agency to establish and maintain a registry that contains information on each defendant who is recommended for pretrial release; requiring the pretrial release agency to update the registry on a specified schedule; requiring the registry to be readily available to the public and located in the clerk's office of each court with jurisdiction over a defendant included in the registry; requiring a pretrial release agency to submit an annual report to the Governor; etc.
