Election Law - Change of Party Affiliation - Time Period

Synopsis:

Altering provisions of law governing the period during which a registered voter may change the voter's party affiliation; requiring a local board to change, under specified circumstances, a voter's party affiliation at any time that registration is open; repealing a provision requiring a local board to submit specified information to the State Board of Elections within a specified time period; requiring a local board to submit a specified voter registration report to the State Board as directed; etc.
