Public Safety - Correctional Services - Juvenile Inmates

Synopsis:

Requiring the Division of Correction to operate a separate unit only for inmates committed to the Division who are under the age of 18 years; providing that the Commissioner of Correction has the same powers and duties relating to a juvenile inmate unit as with any other correctional facility in the Division; requiring the Commissioner to provide juvenile inmates with educational services; etc.
