Synopsis:

Allowing a female employee to express breast milk or breast-feed at the employee's workplace; requiring an employer to make a reasonable effort to provide a private room or location to employees for the purpose of expressing breast milk or breast-feeding; and providing for the requirements of a room or location provided for the purpose of expressing breast milk or breast-feeding.
