Real Property - Abatement of Nuisance Actions

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order specified remedies for the abatement of a nuisance under specified circumstances; authorizing a law enforcement officer or an employee of an office of the State's Attorney to disclose the contents of a specified search warrant and papers filed in connection with the search warrant to specified persons; providing for the application of specified provisions of the Act; and adding a definition of "operator".
