Natural Resources Police - Transfer to the Department of State Police

Synopsis:

Transferring the Natural Resources Police Force from the Department of Natural Resources into the Department of State Police; creating the Office of Natural Resources Police in the Department of State Police; transferring the employees of the Natural Resources Police Force to the Office of Natural Resources Police; providing that employees who are transferred to the Department of State Police shall be transferred without diminution of their rights, benefits, or employment and retirement status; etc.
