Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, repair, and capital equipping of the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, including acoustic modifications and nonacoustic alterations to the building, located in Baltimore City; etc.
