State Personnel - State Subsidy for Health Benefits - Optional Retirement Program

Synopsis:

Requiring that the State subsidy for health benefits under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program shall apply to any additional costs of coverage for the spouse and dependent children of specified retirees who retired under a specified optional retirement program; and generally relating to eligibility for payment of the State subsidy for health benefits under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program.
