Environment - Scrap Tire Recycling - Fee Termination

Synopsis:

Eliminating a specified fee imposed on the first sale of a new tire in the State by a tire dealer; and repealing a prohibition imposed on counties, municipal corporations, or agencies of a county against charging a specified tax, fee, or charge on the first sale of a new tire.
