Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Exemptions - Individuals with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Exempting from the mandatory inspection and testing requirements of the vehicle emissions inspection program a motor vehicle for which a parking placard for individuals with disabilities has been issued if the owner of the vehicle meets specified disability requirements, the vehicle is driven 5,000 miles or less annually, and the exemption is not prohibited by federal law; making a conforming change; specifying application procedures; etc.
