Synopsis:

Establishing a Dredged Material Disposal Alternatives Program within the Department of Business and Economic Development; providing for the purposes, goals, and activities of the Program; requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development to seek specified money for the Program; making the Program contingent on the allocation to the Program of money appropriated in the annual State budget to the Maryland Department of Transportation; etc.
