Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new building to provide bathrooms and showers and additional program and administrative support space, for the renovation and reconstruction of three existing structures, and for site preparation and stabilization, located in Baltimore City; etc.
