Homeowners' Property Tax Credit - Computation - Cost-of-Living Adjustment

Synopsis:

Altering the computation of the homeowners' property tax credit for all taxable years beginning after June 30, 2004, based on a specified cost-of-living adjustment percentage; requiring the Department of Assessments and Taxation to determine the cost-of-living adjustment percentage by October 1 each year based on the increase in a specified consumer price index for a specified period; and providing for the application of the Act.
