Maryland Mortgage Lender Law - Application

Synopsis:

Providing that the provisions of the Maryland Mortgage Lender Law do not apply to a person that is a sole proprietor, represents a financial institution for the purpose of assisting borrowers in obtaining mortgage loans solely from the financial institution, is subject to State or federal regulation and examination, and meets other specified criteria.
